Isla and Geneva pups together.

January 3 - all together now.

As all the pups are about the same size, we removed the centre partition so they could have a longer area in which to run. They did notice that they were with new friends but soon were all playing together.

They will stay in this area until they go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age.

New space - 16 feet by 6 feet.

Mothers and Adele check that all is well.

This is MY bowl!

No worries.

January 10 update.

The pups are just over 6 weeks old and continue to do well. They are eating their starter ration with enthusiasm and will be completely weaned in the next few days. They are receiving their deworming meds, these without enthusiasm. All is well.

The weekly visiting times have been enjoyed by all and have helped with the pups' socialization. Here are a few pictures taken on January 7 and 8.

Full house.

Dog games are much less complicated!

I've always wanted my own room.

He has more chin hair than I do!

People are quite comfortable.

Hey! You're supposed to go THROUGH it!

Everything is a game.

Two gentle souls.

Nail trim. Too bad we can't do the teeth!

This is how I say "I love you".

A long afternoon for puppies.

And for visitors too!

January 18 update.

The pups will leave us this coming weekend and they are almost ready. They are confident, outgoing and energetic. They are completely weaned, have received their microchips and have been matched to their new owners. Before they go, they will get their vet checks, first vaccines and receive the final deworming meds.

Last weekend was the last visiting times for these pups before they go home. As the matching had been completed, the owners were able to play with their own pups - a great time. Here are a few pictures.
